Delivery & Returns


We provide free shipping for all orders. All orders are processed & mailed out within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

To be eligible for a refund, the product to be returned must be unopened, undamaged and in the same condition that you receive it. If the product is opened or damaged in any way, we will not be able to accept the request for refund.

Refund Process

  1. To request a refund, please send an email to Please include your order number, name of product to be refunded and your reasons for your refund request.

  2. Our customer service team will then contact you to manage the return process. Please note that we reserve the right to not accept a return if it is not eligible, as described above.

  3. The money will be refunded will be returned to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
